Monitor nursing center financial reports and implements corrective action as required. Like anything else in life, you have to think outside of the box. Most companies have Preceptors that work with current employees who want to complete an AIT program. If you are not already in a position as a social worker, DON, Office Manager, Dietician, etc. then you may want to consider being hired in one of those positions so that you too could then have the option of eventually participating in an AIT Program. I’m not saying that you can’t be hired aan AIT from outside of a company, but it’s not a common scenario. At the completion of the AIT program, the Preceptor must submit a final report to the Board for approval.
