Within 3 years my home developed a major leak and all the walls got wet and developed mold. In the second year, I have to go through a major electrical wiring problem, which I was asked to pay as their internal wiring warranty expired after 1 year of handover. GL was extremely diligent in addressing our warranty issues.

I called warranty to advise them of the construction defect and they stated it dosent matter because nothing will be done. I asked to speak to construction VP and again she said it dosent matter. Luckily I am in construction so I can repair the defect but it's the point of not caring enough to take my report that is interesting.
