It's false advertising and they ought to be ashamed. They have made it nearly impossible to enjoy the home we spent a small fortune on. They don't like flower pots, or grills unless you have it all bunced up on the inside of your screened in patio, nothing is allowed in the yard.. Yesterday we recieved our 3 book of rules you need to make sure you don't walk a female dog that's in heat lmao what a joke. Wonder what jerk is going to have that ripe job. Also No grandchildren in the Riverland pool, they never said that either.
Buyer beware......they change the rules often and not to make your life pleasant. Also if you buy here don't do anything extra to your home on the outside, it's rape. They say you need approval before we bought but never told us we had to pay for approval !! They're charging us for 40 lawn cuts per year and they didn't even do 23, I asked for a refund of my money they of course said no.

I had 5 family members with me that confirm they never told me about the 48 hour deadline. Can't believe they are willing to lose a home sale over this. They even stated that they had a temp manning the front desk that day that probably didn't know about the 48 hour rule. Valencia at Riverland is all about fun and friends.
